Article 441 of Commercial Code

1 - The drawer of a bill of exchange may stipulate that it must be presented for acceptance within a specified time or without specifying a time. 2 - He may stipulate that it shall not be presented for acceptance, unless it is payable by a person other than the drawee or at a place other than his domicile, or is payable a specified period after sight. - He may stipulate that it shall not be presented for acceptance before a specified date. - Every endorser may stipulate that the bill of exchange be presented for acceptance within a specified time or without specifying a time, unless the drawer has stipulated that it shall not be presented for acceptance.
