1 - If the drawee pays the bill of exchange, he may request its delivery by the holder signed to acknowledge payment. 2 - The holder may not refuse to accept partial payment. - The drawee may request that this partial payment be recorded on the bill of exchange and that he be given a receipt therefor. - Every person who pays from the principal value of the bill of exchange shall discharge its drawer, endorsers and other obligors thereunder to that extent. 1 - إذا وفي المسحوب عليه الكمبيالة ، جاز له طلب تسلمها من الحامل موقعا عليها
بما يفيد الوفاء.
۲ - ولا يجوز للحامل الامتناع عن قبول الوفاء الجزئي.
- ويجوز للمسحوب عليه أن يطلب اثبات هذا الوفاء الجزئي على الكمبيالة
واعطاءه مخالصة به.
- وكل من يدفع من أصل قيمة الكمبيالة تبرأ منه ذمة ساحبها ومظهريها وغيرهم
من الملتزمين بها. وعلى حاملها أن يعمل البروتستو عن القدر غير المدفوع من قيمتها .Ask about this article
