Article 458 of Commercial Code

1 - If a bill of exchange is payable on a specified day and in a specified country and in a country whose calendar differs from the calendar of the country of its issue, the date of maturity shall be deemed determined according to the calendar of the country of payment. 2 - If a bill of exchange is drawn between two countries with different calendars and is payable after a period from its date, the date of its issue must be converted to the corresponding day in the calendar of the country of payment, and the date of maturity shall be determined accordingly. The time limit for presenting the bill of exchange shall be calculated in this manner. The foregoing provisions shall not apply if a stipulation in the bill of exchange or merely its particulars show an intention to follow contrary provisions. 2 - Payment of the Value of the Bill of Exchange
