English translation
If the bill of exchange is payable on a specified day and maturity falls at the beginning, middle, or end of the month, these expressions shall mean the first, fifteenth, or last day of the month.

إذا كانت الكمبيالة مستحقة الوفاء في يوم معين وكان الاستحقاق في أول الشهر أو
في منتصفه أو في آخره كان المقصود من هذه التعبيرات اليوم الأول أو الخامس عشر
