Article 455 of Commercial Code

1 - The period to maturity of a bill of exchange payable a period after sight shall begin on the date of its acceptance or the date of the protest. 2 - If no protest is drawn up, an undated acceptance shall, in relation to the acceptor, be deemed to have occurred on the last day of the period prescribed for presenting the bill of exchange for acceptance pursuant to Article 442.
