English translation
A person who has lost a bill of exchange, whether accepted or not, and is unable to present another of its counterparts, may obtain an order from the President of the Court of First Instance for its payment, provided that he proves his ownership thereof and furnishes a guarantor.

يجوز لمن ضاعت منه كمبيالة سواء أكانت مقترنة بالقبول أم لا، ولم يتمكن من
تقديم إحدى نسخها الأخرى، أن يستصدر من رئيس المحكمة الكلية أمرا بوفائها
