English translation
If a bill of exchange is drawn in several parts and the part bearing the wording of acceptance is lost, payment may not be demanded under one of its other parts except by an order of the President of the Court of First Instance and on condition that a surety is provided.

إذا كانت الكمبيالة محررة من عدة نسخ وضاعت النسخة التي تحمل صيغة القبول،
لم تجز المطالبة بوفائها بموجب إحدى نسخها الأخرى إلا بأمر من رئيس المحكمة
