English translation
1 - The trade name shall consist of the merchant's name and surname. It must be clearly distinguishable from previously registered names. 2 - The trade name may include particulars specific to the persons mentioned therein relating to the type of trade for which it is designated. It may also include a coined designation. In all cases, the trade name must correspond to the truth and must not be misleading or prejudice the public interest.

۱ - يتألف العنوان التجاري من اسم التاجر ولقبه. ويجب ان يختلف في وضوح
عن العناوين المقيدة قبلا.
٢ - ويجوز ان يتضمن العنوان التجاري بيانات خاصة بالأشخاص المذكورين فيه
متعلقة بنوع التجارة المخصص لها.
كما يجوز ان يتضمن تسمية مبتكرة. وفي جميع الأحوال يجب ان يطابق العنوان
التجاري الحقيقة، والا يؤدي الى التضليل او يمس بالصالح العام.Ask about this article
