English translation
1 - The trade name shall be entered in the Commercial Register in accordance with the law. 2 - After registration, no other trader may use that name in the type of trade he conducts. - If the trader's name and surname resemble the trade name entered in the register, he must add to his name a designation distinguishing it from the previously registered name.

١ - يقيد العنوان التجاري في السجل التجاري وفقا لأحكام القانون.
۲ - ولا يجوز، بعد القيد لتاجر اخر استعمال هذا العنوان في نوع التجارة التي
يزاولها.
- وإذا كان اسم التاجر ولقبه يشبهان العنوان التجاري المقيد في السجل وجب
