Article 473 of Commercial Code

Lima - If a specified period is set for undertaking any procedure relating to a bill of exchange and its last day falls on a holiday, the period shall extend to the following day. 4 - Holidays falling within the period shall be counted as part of it. h - The first day shall not be included in calculating statutory or agreed periods relating to a bill of exchange unless otherwise stipulated.
