English translation
1 - A protest for non-payment of a bill of exchange payable on a specified day or after a period from its date or from the date of sight shall be made on one of the two business days following its maturity date. 2 - If the bill of exchange is payable at sight, a protest for non-payment shall be made in accordance with the conditions specified in the preceding Article concerning a protest for non-acceptance.

١ - يجب عمل بروتستو عدم الوفاء عن الكمبيالة المستحق وفاؤها في يوم معين أو
بعد مدة من تاريخها أو من تاريخ الاطلاع عليها في أحد يومي العمل التاليين ليوم
استحقاقها .
٢ - وإذا كانت الكمبيالة مستحقة الوفاء لدى الاطلاع ، وجب عمل بروتستـو عـدم
