English translation
A person who has paid a bill of exchange may claim the following from his guarantors: 1 - The entire amount he paid. 2 - Interest on what he paid, calculated from the day of payment at the statutory rate of 7%. - The expenses he incurred.

يجوز لمن وفي بكمبيالة أن يطالب ضامنيه بما يأتي :
۱ - كل المبلغ الذي وفاه.
۲ – فوائد ما وفاه محسوبة من يوم الوفاء بالسعر القانوني ٧٪.
