English translation
1 - A cheque may be drawn to the order of the drawer himself. 2 - It may be drawn for the account of another person. 3 - It may not be drawn on the drawer himself except where it is drawn by one establishment on another establishment, both belonging to the same drawer, provided that it is not payable to bearer.

١ - يجوز سحب الشيك لأمر ساحبه نفسه.
٢ - ويجوز سحبه لحساب شخص آخر .
٣- ولا يجوز سحبه على ساحبه نفسه إلا في حال سحبه من منشأة على منشأة أخرى
