English translation
A trader may not resort to deception and fraud in marketing his goods, nor may he publish false statements liable to harm the interests of another trader competing with him; otherwise, he shall be liable for compensation.

لا يجوز للتاجر ان يلجأ الى طرق التدليس والغش في تصريف بضاعته، وليس له ان
ينشر بيانات كاذبه من شأنها ان تضر بمصلحة تاجر اخر يزاحمه، والا كان مسؤولا
