Article 55 of Commercial Code

1 - If a trade name is used by someone other than its owner, or its owner uses it in a manner contrary to the law, interested parties may request that its use be prohibited, and may request its deletion if it is registered in the Commercial Register. They may have recourse for compensation where grounds exist. 2 - These provisions shall apply to the use of trademarks and trade descriptions in the manner set out in this Law.
