1 - Companies' trade names shall be in accordance with the legal provisions governing them. 2 - A company may retain its original trade name without amendment if a new partner joins it or if a partner whose name is included in the company's trade name leaves it, provided that this partner or his heirs have consented to retaining the name in the trade name.
