Article 90 of Commercial Code

1 - No mention may be made of prizes, medals, diplomas, or honorary degrees of any kind except in relation to the products to which these distinctions apply, and in relation to the persons and trade names to whom they were awarded or to those to whom the rights thereto have devolved, provided that this includes a correct statement of their date and type and the exhibitions or competitions at which they were awarded. 2 - A person who participated with others in exhibiting products may not use for his own products the distinctions awarded to the jointly exhibited items unless he states clearly the source and type of those distinctions.
