English translation
The aforementioned committee may propose such amendments to the Real Estate Registration Law as it considers appropriate and examine proposals submitted to it in this regard. Its decisions shall be valid by an absolute majority of the votes of those present. If the votes are equal, the side on which the chairman votes shall prevail.

للجنة المذكورة فيما سبق اقتراح ما ترى ادخاله على قانون التسجيل العقاري من
تعديلات وبحث ما يقدم اليها من اقتراحات في هذا الشأن.
وتكون قراراتها صحيحة بالاغلبية المطلقة لاصوات الحاضرين فاذا تساوت
