English translation
As an exception to the provisions of Article 85, sale contracts concluded by governmental bodies for the allocation of private housing plots, government houses or loan plots shall be exempt from fees. A fixed fee of ten dinars shall be collected upon registration of these contracts.

اســتثناء مــن احــكام المادة ٨5 تعفــى مــن الرســوم عقــود البيــع التــى تبرمهــا الجهــات
الحكوميــة عــن تخصيــص قســائم الســكن الخاص أو البيــوت الحكوميــة أو قســائم
القــروض.
ويحصل عند تسجيل هذه العقود رسم ثابت قدره عشرة دنانير.Ask about this article
