English translation
Anyone who intentionally evades payment of all or part of the registration fees by any means whatsoever shall be punished by a fine not exceeding three times the unpaid fees. Criminal proceedings may be instituted only upon the request of the Minister of Justice, who may, at any stage of the proceedings, settle them on the basis of payment of twice the unpaid fees.

يعاقــب بغرامــة لا تجــاوز ثلاثــة أمثــال مــا لم يــؤد مــن الرســوم كل مــن تهــرب عمــدا مــن
أداء كل أو بعــض رســوم التســجيل بأيــة وســيلة كانــت.
ولا تجــوز إقامــة الدعــوى الجزائيــة إلا بنــاء على طلــب وزيــر العــدل، ولــه -فى أيــة حالــه
كانــت عليهــا الدعــوى- الصلــح فيهــا على
