English translation
Anyone who adopts for himself a uniform or insignia distinctive of a class of officials, intending thereby to obtain benefits to which he is not entitled or to harm an individual, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding seventy-five dinars, or by either of these two penalties. If he does not have this intent, the penalty shall be a fine not exceeding twenty-two dinars and five hundred fils. 3 - Escape of Prisoners and Arrested Persons

كل من اتخذ لنفسه زيا أو علامة تتميز بها طائفة من الموظفين، قاصدا بذلك
الحصول على مزايا لا حق له فيها أو الاضرار بأحد الأفراد يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا
تجاوز سنة واحدة وبغرامة لا تجاوز خمسة وسبعين دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.
فإن لم يكن هذا القصد متوافرا لديه، كانت العقوبة الغرامة التي لا تجاوز اثنين
وعشرين دينارا وخمسمائة فلس.
