English translation
Any person entrusted, by virtue of his official duties, with guarding an arrested or imprisoned person who intentionally enables him to escape, or deliberately overlooks him until he is able to escape, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years, to which a fine not exceeding five hundred and twenty-five dinars may be added. The same penalty shall apply to any person entrusted, by virtue of his official duties, with arresting a person who intentionally assists him in fleeing from justice and thereby enables him to flee.

كل شخص مكلف بناء على واجبات وظيفته بحراسة مقبوض عليه أو محبوس،
فتعمد تمكينه من الفرار، أو تغافل عنه حتى تمكن من الفرار، يعاقب بالحبس
مدة لا تجاوز سبع سنوات، ويجوز أن تضاف اليها غرامة لا تجاوز خمسمائة وخمسة
وعشرين دينارا.
ويعاقب بالعقوبة ذاتها كل شخص مكلف بناء على واجبات وظيفته بالقبض على
انسان، وتعمد معاونته على الفرار من وجه القضاء، فمكنه من أن يفر.Ask about this article
