Law Index 126 Home Page Kuwaiti Penal Code Law No. 16 of 1960 Promulgating the Penal Code and its Amendments Anyone entrusted, by virtue of his official duties, with guarding an arrested or imprisoned person who neglects to guard him, thereby enabling him to escape, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding seventy-five dinars, or either of these two penalties.

من كان مكلفا بناء على واجبات وظيفته بحراسة مقبوض عليه أو محبوس، فأهمل
في حراسته، حتى تمكن من الفرار، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة واحدة
