English translation
Any person who is arrested in accordance with the law and escapes shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding seventy-five dinars, or by either of these two penalties. If a sentence of imprisonment has been imposed on him, the penalty shall be imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine not exceeding two hundred and twenty-five dinars, or either of these two penalties.

كل شخص قبض عليه طبقا للقانون، فهرب، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنة
واحدة وبغرامة لا تجاوز خمسة وسبعين دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين، فإذا كان
قد صدر ضده حكم بالحبس، كانت العقوبة الحبس مدة لا تجاوز ثلاث سنوات
