English translation
Anyone who, personally or through another, conceals a person against whom an arrest warrant has been issued or who has escaped after being arrested or imprisoned, and likewise anyone who assists him in any manner whatsoever to flee from justice, with knowledge thereof, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years and a fine not exceeding one hundred and fifty dinars, or by either of these two penalties. These provisions shall not apply to the husband or wife of the person concealed or assisted to flee, nor to his ascendants or descendants.

كل من اخفى بنفسه أو بوساطة غيره شخصا صادرا في حقه أمر بالقبض عليه أو
فر بعد القبض عليه أو حبسه، وكذا كل من اعانه بأية طريقة كانت على الفرار
من وجه القضاء مع علمه بذلك، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنتين وبغرامة لا
تجاوز مائة وخمسين دينارا أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.
ولا تسري هذه الاحكام على زوج أو زوجة من أخفى أو أعين على الفرار ولا على
