Any person summoned, in accordance with the procedures specified by law, to appear before an official with judicial jurisdiction, who refuses to do so without an acceptable excuse, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months and a fine not exceeding twenty-two dinars and five hundred fils, or either of these two penalties. - Failure to report offences and to prevent their occurrence

ذي اختصاص ،قضائي، فامتنع عن ذلك دون عذر مقبول، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا
تجاوز ثلاثة أشهر وبغرامة لا تجاوز اثنين وعشرين دينارا وخمسمائة فلس أو بإحدى
