Anyone who intentionally kills a person with substances causing death sooner or later shall be punished by death, regardless of how those substances are used.

مــن قتــل نفســا عمــدا بجواهــر يتســبب عنهــا المــوت عــاجلا أو آجلا يعاقــب بالإعــدام،
