Article 147 of Kuwaiti Penal Code

Any person who, by a means of publicity specified in Article 101, violates the respect due to a judge in a manner that casts doubt on his integrity, his attention to his work, or his adherence to the provisions of the law shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years and a fine not exceeding one hundred and fifty dinars, or either of these two penalties. There shall be no offence if the accused's act does not exceed the bounds of fair criticism, made in good faith, of a judicial judgment, whether the criticism concerns the findings of fact or the manner in which the law was applied to them. 6 - Breaking Seals
