English translation
Anyone who disturbs a public authority, administrative entity or person entrusted with a public service by reporting, by any means whatsoever, the occurrence of disasters, incidents or dangers that do not exist shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine not exceeding one thousand dinars, or either of these penalties. The court shall additionally award the expenses caused by this disturbance. 5- Influencing judicial bodies and damaging their reputation

كل مــن أزعــج إحــدى الســلطات العامــة أو الجهــات الاداريــة أو الأشــخاص المكلــفين
بخدمــة عموميــة بــأن أخبر بــأي طريقــة كانــت عــن وقــوع كــوارث أو حــوادث أو أخطار
لا وجــود لها يعاقــب بالحبــس مــدة لا تتجــاوز ثلاث ســنوات وبغرامــة لا تزيــد على ألــف
دينــار أو بإحــدى هــاتين العقوبــتين.
وتقضي المحكمة فوق ذلك بالمصاريف التي تسببت عن هذا الازعاج.
