English translation
Anyone who, in bad faith, attempts, by order, request, threat, entreaty or recommendation, to induce an official having judicial competence to take measures contrary to the law or to refrain from taking measures required by law, and shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years and a fine not exceeding one hundred and fifty dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

كل من حاول وهو سيء القصد، عن طريق الأمر أو الطلب أو التهديد أو الرجاء أو
التوصية، حمل موظف ذي اختصاص قضائي على اتخاذ اجراءات مخالفة للقانون، أو
على الامتناع عن اتخاذ اجراءات يقضي بها القانون، ويعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز
سنتين وبغرامة لا تجاوز مائة وخمسين دينارا أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.Ask about this article
