English translation
Whoever intentionally kills a person shall be punished by death or life imprisonment, and a fine not exceeding one thousand one hundred and twenty-five dinars may be added thereto. 1( Added by Law No. 62 of 1971 and amended pursuant to Law 9 of 1985 )1(

مــن قتــل نفســا عمــدا يعاقــب بالإعــدام أو الحبــس المؤبــد، ويجــوز أن تضــاف إليــه غرامــة
