English translation
Premeditation is the determination to commit the act sufficiently in advance of its execution to allow the perpetrator calm deliberation. Lying in wait is the perpetrator's waiting for his victim in a place he believes suitable for carrying out the act by surprise. Both premeditation and lying in wait are deemed to exist even if execution of the act was contingent upon a condition, or the act was committed against someone other than the intended person.
