English translation
Anyone who incites or assists a person to commit suicide, or agrees with a person upon suicide, and that person commits suicide, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine not exceeding two hundred and twenty-five dinars, or by either of these two penalties. كل من حرض أو ساعد أو اتفق مع شخص على الانتحار، فانتحر ، يعاقب بالحبس
مدة لا تجاوز ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة لا تجاوز مائتين وخمسة وعشرين دينار أو بإحدى
هاتين العقوبتين.
