English translation
Any person who strikes or wounds a person, causes harm to his body or violates his bodily integrity, where this is done in a perceptible manner, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years and a fine not exceeding one hundred and fifty dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

كل من ضرب شخصا أو جرحه أو الحق بجسمه أذى أو أخل بحرمة الجسم، وكان
ذلك على نحو محسوس، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنتين وبغرامة لا تجاوز مائة
