English translation
A person shall not be considered to have killed another person if the victim does not die within one year of the occurrence of the cause of death. This period shall be calculated from the day on which the last unlawful act leading to death occurred and shall not include that day.

لا يعتبر الانسان أنه قتل انسانا آخر إذا لم يمت المجني عليه خلال سنة من وقوع
سبب الوفاة، وتحسب هذه المدة من اليوم الذي وقع فيه آخر فعل غير مشروع
