English translation
Whoever has sexual intercourse with a female without her consent, whether by coercion, threats or deception, shall be punished by death or life imprisonment. If the perpetrator is one of the victim's ascendants, one of those entrusted with her upbringing or care, one of those having authority over her, or a servant employed by her or by any of the aforementioned persons, the penalty shall be death. )3(

مــن واقــع أنثــى بــغير رضاهــا، ســواء بالإكــراه أو بالتهديــد أو بالحيلــة، يعاقــب بالإعــدام
أو الحبــس المؤبــد.
فــإذا كان الجاني مــن اصــول المجنــي عليهــا أو مــن المتــولين تربيتهــا أو رعايتهــا، أو ممــن
لهــم ســلطة عليهــا، أو كان خادمــا عندهــا أو عنــد مــن تقــدم ذكرهــم، كانــت العقوبــة
