English translation
Anyone who has sexual intercourse with a female without coercion, threat or deception, when she has attained fifteen but has not attained twenty-one years of age, shall be punished by imprisonment for a period not exceeding fifteen years. If the offender is an ascendant of the victim, a person entrusted with her upbringing or care, a person having authority over her, or a servant employed by her or by the aforementioned persons, the penalty shall be life imprisonment. )1(

مــن واقــع أنثــى بــغير اكــراه أو تهديــد أو حيلــة، وكانــت تبلــغ الخامســة عشرة ولا تبلــغ
الواحــدة والعشريــن مــن عمرهــا، يعاقــب بالحبــس مــدة لا تجــاوز خمــس عشرة ســنة.
فــإذا كان الجاني مــن أصــول المجنــي عليهــا أو مــن المتــولين تربيتهــا أو رعايتهــا أو ممــن لهــم
ســلطة عليهــا أو كان خادمــا عندهــا أو عنــد مــن تقــدم ذكرهــم، كانــت العقوبــة الحبــس
