Article 191 of Kuwaiti Penal Code

Whoever indecently assaults a person by coercion, threats or deception shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding fifteen years. If the offender is an ascendant of the victim, one of those responsible for his upbringing or care, one of those having authority over him, or a servant of his or of those aforementioned, the punishment shall be life imprisonment. The foregoing punishments shall be imposed if the victim lacks volition owing to young age, insanity or mental deficiency, or does not comprehend the nature of the act, or believes it to be lawful, even if the act was committed without coercion, threats or deception. )4(
