English translation
Anyone who indecently assaults a boy or girl who has not attained twenty-one years of age, without coercion, threat or deception, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years. If the offender is one of the victim's ascendants, a person responsible for the victim's upbringing or care, a person having authority over the victim, or a servant employed by the aforementioned persons, the penalty shall be imprisonment for a term not exceeding fifteen years. )5(

كل مــن هتــك عــرض صبــي أو صبيــة لم يتــم كل منــهما الحاديــة والعشريــن مــن عمــره،
بــغير اكــراه أو تهديــد أو حيلــة، يعاقــب بالحبــس مــدة لا تجــاوز عشر ســنوات.
فــاذا كان الجاني مــن اصــول المجنــي عليــه أو مــن المتــولين تربيتــه أو رعايتــه أو ممــن لهــم
عليــه ســلطة، أو كان خادمــا عنــد مــن تقــدم ذكرهــم، كانــت العقوبــة الحبــس مــدة لا
