English translation
Anyone who has sexual intercourse with a woman who has attained twenty-one years of age, with her consent, where she is not within a degree of relationship prohibited to him, and who is caught in the act of committing the offence, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and not less than six months. The same penalty shall be imposed on the woman who consented to this act. 2- Adultery

كل مــن واقــع امــرأة بلغــت الحاديــة والعشريــن برضاهــا، ولم تكــن محرمــا منــه، وضبــط
متلبســا بالجريمــة، يعاقــب بالحبــس مــدة لا تجــاوز ثلاث ســنوات ولا تقــل عــن ســتة
أشــهر.
