English translation
The injured spouse in the offence of adultery may prevent the institution of criminal proceedings against the adulterous spouse, whether male or female, and the partner in adultery, provided that the injured spouse accepts marital cohabitation as it was. That spouse may halt the proceedings at any stage, and may also halt execution of the final judgment by consenting to continuation of marital life. If the injured spouse prevents the institution of criminal proceedings, halts the proceedings or halts execution of the final judgment, the provisions of Article 194 shall not apply. 3- Flagrant indecent acts )2(

يجــوز للــزوج المجنــي عليــه في جريمــة الزنــا أن يمنــع اقامــة الدعــوى الجزائيــة على الــزوج
الــزاني، رجلا كان أو امــرأة، وعلى شريكــه في الزنــا، بشرط ان يقبــل المعــاشرة الزوجيــة
كما كانــت. ولــذا الــزوج ان يوقــف سير الاجــراءات في أيــة حالــة كانــت عليهــا، كما أن
لــه ان يوقــف تنفيــذ الحكــم النهائــي، برضائــه اســتمرار الحيــاة الزوجيــة. وإذا منــع الزوج
المجنــي عليــه اقامــة الدعــوى الجزائيــة، أو أوقف سير الاجــراءات أو أوقــف تنفيذ الحكم
