English translation
Whoever makes an indecent gesture or commits an indecent act in a public place, or in such a manner that a person in a public place sees or hears it, or imitates the opposite sex in any form whatsoever, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine not exceeding one thousand dinars, or by either of these two punishments.

من أتى إشارة أو فعلا مخلا بالحياء في مكان عام أو بحيث يراه أو يسمعه من كان في
مكان عام أو تشبه بالجنس الآخر بأي صورة من الصور، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز
