English translation
Whoever commits, in private, an indecent act with a woman without her consent, which does not reach the gravity of indecent assault, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 1 year and a fine not exceeding 75 dinars, or by either of these 2 penalties. 4- Incitement to Debauchery, Prostitution and Gambling

كل من ارتكب في غير علانية فعلا فاضحا، لا يبلغ من الجسامة مبلغ هتك العرض،
مع امرأة دون رضاها ، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنة واحدة وبغرامة لا تجاوز
خمسة وسبعين دينارا أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.
