Article 187 of Kuwaiti Penal Code

Anyone who has sexual intercourse with a female without coercion, threat or deception, knowing that she is insane, mentally deficient, under fifteen, deprived of volition for any other reason, unaware of the nature of the act to which she is subjected, or believes it to be lawful, shall be punished by life imprisonment. If the offender is one of the victim's ascendants, a person responsible for her upbringing or care, a person having authority over her, or a servant employed by her or by the aforementioned persons, the penalty shall be death. )4(
