English translation
Every person who establishes or manages premises for debauchery and prostitution, or assists by any means whatsoever in their establishment or management, shall be punished by imprisonment for a period not exceeding seven years and a fine not exceeding seven thousand dinars. )2(

كل شــخص أنشــأ أو أدار محلا للفجــور والدعــارة أو عــاون بأيــة طريقــة كانــت في انشــائه
أو إدارتــه، يعاقــب بالحبــس مــدة لا تجــاوز ســبع ســنوات وبغرامــة لا تجــاوز ســبعة آلاف
