English translation
Anyone who publicly incites the practice of debauchery and prostitution in a public place shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine not exceeding three thousand dinars, or either of these penalties. The foregoing penalties shall be imposed on anyone who prints, sells, distributes or displays pictures, drawings, models or anything offending decency. There is no offence if the statements are made or the writing, drawings or pictures are published in a manner recognized by science or art, with the intention of contributing to scientific or artistic progress.

كل مــن حــرض علنــا في مــكان عــام على ممارســة الفجــور والدعــارة يعاقــب بالحبــس
مــدة لا تجــاوز ثلاث ســنوات وبغرامــة لا تجــاوز ثلاثــة الاف دينــار أو بإحــدى هــاتين
العقوبــتين.
يحكــم بالعقوبــات الســابقة على كل مــن طبــع أو بــاع أو وزع أو عــرض صــورا أو رســوما
أو نماذج أو أي شيء يخــل بالحيــاء.
ولا جريمــة إذا صــدرت الأقــوال أو نشرت الكتابــة أو الرســوم أو الصــور على نحــو
يــعترف بــه العلــم أو الفــن وذلــك بنيــة المســاهمة في التقــدم العلمــي أو الفنــي.Ask about this article
