English translation
Any person who brings in, imports, or manufactures wine or an intoxicating beverage with the intent to trade therein shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years. However, if the intent of bringing in, importing, or manufacturing is not trading or promotion, the punishment shall be a fine not exceeding one hundred dinars. If the person repeats this act, the punishment shall be imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months and a fine not exceeding one hundred dinars, or either of these two penalties. )1(

يعاقــب بالحبــس مــدة لا تزيــد على عشرة ســنوات كل شــخص جلب أو اســتورد أو صنع
بقصــد الاتجــار خمــرا أو شرابا مســكرا.
أمــا إذا لم يكــن القصــد مــن الجلــب أو الاســتيراد أو الصنــع الاتجــار أو الترويــج، يعاقــب
بغرامــة لا تجــاوز مائــة دينــار، فــإذا عــاد إلى هــذا الفعــل تكــون العقوبــة الحبــس لمــدة لا
