English translation
Except in the case of recidivism provided for in the second paragraph of Articles 206, the court may sentence a repeat offender in the offences provided for in Articles 206, 206 bis A and 206 bis B of this Law to more than the maximum prescribed in those Articles, provided that the punishment of imprisonment does not exceed twice that maximum or fifteen years. )4(
