English translation
Any person who trades in narcotic substances, supplies them for consumption, facilitates their consumption for consideration or without consideration, or possesses them with the intention of giving them to others shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years and a fine not exceeding seven thousand rupees, or either of these two penalties, unless he proves that he is licensed to do so. )5(

يعاقــب بالحبــس مــدة لا تزيــد على ســبع ســنوات وبغرامــة لا تجــاوز ســبعة الاف روبيــة
او باحــدى هــاتين العقوبــتين كل شــخص اتجــر في مــواد مخــدرة او قدمهــا للتعاطــي او
ســهل تعاطيهــا باقمبــال او بــغير مقابــل او حازهــا بقصــد اعطائهــا للــغير ، مــا لم يثبــت
