English translation
Anyone who purchases or possesses narcotic substances for consumption or personal use shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years and a fine not exceeding two thousand rupees, or either of these penalties, unless it is established that he purchased or possessed these substances pursuant to a licence or medical prescription, or that they were dispensed to him by the treating physician. 6- Defamation and insult

هــاتين العقوبــتين كل مــن اشترى او حــاز مــواد مخــدرة بقصــد التعاطــي او الاســتعمال
الشــخصي ، مــا لم يثبــت انــه اشترى او حــاز هــذه المــواد بموجــب رخصــة او تذكــرة طبيــة
